How long is my warranty?

Do you make a part in a different color?

We will consider special orders (may incur extra cost) for other colors. Contact us to discuss.

Do you make a left-side/mirrored version of a part?

We will consider special orders (may incur extra cost) for mirrored versions. Contact us to discuss.

Do you make a part for a vehicle not listed on your site?

We will consider custom design special orders (may incur extra cost). Please contact us to discuss further.

Are all of your parts made from American-sourced materials?

Unfortunately, no. Although we prefer American-made filaments and use them where possible, some filament colors, finishes, hardness levels, and non-printed components can only be sourced from global suppliers. We are always looking for new suppliers and products to increase our American-made supply ratios. Because of this, American-vs-global supply ratios may differ by product and change over time. We will attempt to keep each product page updated with the amount of American vs. global materials used. See our Suppliers page for more details.

Why is my part made of different colors on the bottom and/or inside?

This is for a number of reasons, such as to increase or decrease flexibility or stiffness, to increase the amount of American-sourced filament used, to increase the amount of recycled and/or "transition" filament (otherwise-wasted filament with less-desirable coloring/finish), or to use up old stock no longer needed for other products. In all cases, these other filaments are used internally or on non-visible surfaces such as the bottom or inside of the part, and compatible filaments are always used to ensure full layer adhesion and part strength are maintained.
